Reservation Cancellation & No-Show Policy

No-Show + Cancellation Policy

At Sugared Beauty Bar, your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Late cancellations and no-shows prevent us from serving other guests and supporting our team.

To keep things fair and flowing, we have a 3-Strike Policy in place across all locations.

24-Hour Cancellation Notice Required

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a 20% service fee, charged to the card on file.

3-Strike Policy

Clients are allowed 3 no-shows or late cancellations before booking privileges are restricted.

After 3 strikes:

  • Online booking will be disabled

  • Client will be limited to same-day bookings or walk-in availability only

Appointment history and cancellation records are shared across all Sugared Beauty Bar locations.

How Fees Are Applied

First No-Show or Late Cancellation

  • 20% fee is waived

  • Documented in client profile

  • May be waived once per calendar year

Second No-Show or Late Cancellation

  • 20% fee is charged to the card on file

Third No-Show or Late Cancellation

  • 20% fee is charged

  • Booking privileges are restricted (see 3-Strike Policy above)

Rescheduling + Same-Day Adjustments

  • If rescheduling to a later time on the same day as the original appointment, no fee is applied.

  • If a client calls to cancel or reschedule, our late cancellation policy will be shared verbally — even if rescheduling.

First-Time Guests

If a client is a first-time guest and has never been serviced at Sugared Beauty Bar (any location), the cancellation fee is always waived.

Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 6 minutes late may need to reschedule.

  • Services may be shortened to accommodate the next guest.

  • The full service fee may still apply.

Membership Clients

Membership clients (Youth, Glow Society, Care Club, etc.) are still subject to the 20% late cancellation fee.

  • The fee will be deducted from their membership credit if available.

  • If no credit is available, the card on file will be charged.

Emergency Clause

We understand emergencies happen. If you are experiencing an urgent or medical emergency, please contact the studio directly.
